SPECIAL ALCOHOL RESTRICTION

Attention All Municipal Residents:

Please be advised that the Municipality of Cambridge Bay have implemented a motion to ban the import of alcohol into the community of Cambridge Bay, Nunavut during the following period:

December 21 st, 2009 – January 3 rd, 2010.  

The Mayor & Council wish you and your family all the best this holiday season and in the spirit of Christmas have increased the Christmas programming budget by $10,000.00 to a total of $30,000.00 to be used specifically for the community recreation programming this holiday season. We hope that support from all residents and businesses ensure everyone has peace and happiness this holiday season.
