DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL CALL
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL CALL LANDS FOR LEASE IN NEW COMMERCIAL AREA
THE HAMLET OF CAMBRIDGE BAY WILL BE DISPPOSING OF LOTS THROUGH A DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL CALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAND ADMINISTRATION BY-LAW NO. 271.
Parcels A1, A2, A7, A17, A18 and A19 as per Survey Sketch Plan for Phase 1 Commercial Area Lots are located in the Phase 1 Commercial Area identified in the Community Plan.
Proposals will be evaluated based on established Criteria including proposed uses, density of development and consideration of Community Plan objectives.
Consolidation of lots is possible as per the terms of the Proposal Call. Proposal Call information packages can be picked up at the Hamlet Office at 23 Kamotik Road during normal
business hours as of 4pm March 26, 2021, download from our website cambridgebay.ca or by e-mail request to mlimousin@cambridgebay.ca . Proposals must be submitted to the
Hamlet office no later than 4 p.m. on April 23, 2021. A proposal must include a Land Application Form, Proposal Form, supporting materials and a $600 application fee.
Specific terms and conditions apply to this Proposal Call and any future lease agreement, as outlined in the Proposal Call Package and sample Equity Lease Agreement.
The Hamlet will announce the successful applicant by e-mail to all applicants by 4 pm on May 21, 2021. The Hamlet may choose to issue another Proposal Call for any unleased lots.
